1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to Webliver - Ajmer's Online Food Delivery Platform (Ajmer's online food delivery platform). By accessing, browsing, or using our website, mobile application, or any associated food and essentials delivery services in Ajmer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Platform

Webliver operates as Ajmer's online food delivery platform, digital marketplace, and logistics facilitator connecting customers across Ajmer with independent local merchants, restaurants, sweet shops, bakeries, and delivery partners.

While Webliver strives to partner with verified and top-quality vendors across Ajmer, the preparation quality, hygiene standards, ingredients, final pricing, and packaging remain the direct responsibility of the respective merchant partner.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information (including active mobile number and exact delivery location in Ajmer).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and login OTPs.
• Webliver - Ajmer's Online Food Delivery Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent activities, repeated fake bookings, or policy violations.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All item prices listed on Webliver reflect the rates set by our partner restaurants in Ajmer, along with applicable taxes, platform handling fees, and delivery charges.

• Prices and menu availability may fluctuate in real-time based on merchant inventory and policies without prior notice.
• Payments can be completed securely via online payment gateways (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) or Cash on Delivery (COD) where eligible in Ajmer.

5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Cancellations: Due to the perishable nature of freshly prepared food, an order cannot be canceled once accepted and preparation has started at the partner restaurant.
• Incorrect Address / Unreachable Customer: If the delivery rider cannot reach you at the designated Ajmer delivery address after reasonable attempts, the order will be treated as delivered and no refund will be issued.
• Refunds: Valid concerns (missing items, severe packaging damage, or wrong food delivery) will be reviewed by the Webliver support team upon photo proof submission immediately after delivery.

6. Delivery Timelines & Logistics

Delivery estimates shown during checkout on Webliver - Ajmer's Online Food Delivery Platform are approximate. While our riders prioritize the fastest routes, unforeseen delays may occur due to severe traffic, adverse weather conditions, festival crowds, or peak kitchen preparation times across Ajmer.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, platform code, brand logos, UI designs, copy, and graphics associated with Webliver - Ajmer's Online Food Delivery Platform (Ajmer's online food delivery platform) are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising under or in connection with Webliver - Ajmer's Online Food Delivery Platform shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
